Edit: Just so you know I changed his name again. I feel Surge is a better name for him. E.Surge has been changed to a new form for him. E.Surge will be named as a new transformation. It's between His normal and Super Stage. The Picture I did is him in E.Surge Stage. Hence why he is glowing with electronic energy.

Finally finished coloring this guy. I must say, I really like the way this came out. I'm getting better at using Photoshop.
Hope you enjoy the pic. Also I don't like the background too much, I think I could have done better with it but meh. It seems to match up pretty well I guess. You be the judge.

Status: Electric powered Hedgehog. But really he's a Bounty Hunter. His Original Clan wiped out. Powers come from Chaos, and the God Thor


Surge Use to be in a gang that did odd jobs, Rob places, cause riots, and Collect bounties. His gang were also assassins for hire. They would be call to handle jobs that nobody would dare touch. And they would also return having completed the job without fail, not so much as a scratch on them. They were a powerful gang. The name of the gang was know as "The Storm Hogs"

When Surge joined the gang he told them he was joining because he searching for something. His History and where he came from is unknown and he doesn't like to tell anyone about his past. Most times he just stays silent. After showing them his skills he easily became a member. He was put in both attack and defense positions. He was also one the many members that could use elemental powers. His of course was Electricity.

The clan grew more powerful over time and more people began to fear their power as well. What nobody knew though was that most of the members were High ranking Freedom Fighters, and they were sent to liberate places from Robotic control, and Dr. Eugene Sparks. One of the most richest and Smartest minds in world next to Eggman. On some occasions they have met in secret and discussed matters of machinery and merchandise (You didn't just think that Eggman got the components for his mechs for free did you. He has to make money somehow). Anyways the main goal of the gang was to free towns and cities from his control while keeping a low profile about who they really were. Hench why people looked at them as nothing but thugs and bandits. Dr Eugene Spark is a Dictator and controls his land and people with an iron fist. The people must either obey him or be taken away never to be seen again.

One day some of the members got into a fight with the leader and left the gang. Surge joined them as well for his own reasons. They Renamed the gang Thunder Stryke (lol). The rules were different this time. They did what they want when they want and took what they want. They went on rads and attacked towns. They were also becoming very powerful.

Then one day they attacked a town where Light and his people were hanging. They walked into a bar and saw Light and his people having fun, a little to much fun for their taste. So they disrupted their party looking for trouble. After first Spike didn't do any thing. He thought what was the point. Then he saw Light and Spikes Unleashing their moves, then he got interested. After a while almost the whole gang was KO'd It's was only Surge left. And he was holding own again them. After a while of battling Surge made and arrangement. "Hah Hah.... Tell you what, Pant... If I beat you in my next move I get to join you guys. How about it?
Light: You can't be serious. Your already exhausted to the point of clasping. You really think you can still take us?
Surge: Don't underestimate me. I'm 2x strong than anyone in my crew as you have seen for yourself.
Light: That's true. Alright I'll agree to it then. Just one question. Why do you want to join us when you already have a crew?
Surge: I'm Looking for something...
Light: Like what?
Surge: I'd like to keep that to myself. (Hint Hint. The answer is in the sentence people.)
Light: alright then.
Spikes: Let's DO THIS!!

They Blinked... Surge vanished. They looked Around. They looked behind and saw him walking a sheathing his sword. He sat down, looking as if he was tired. Light and Spikes were confused, then they attacked, then they clasped spitting blood. Surge clasped as well. "I win." *Smirk*

Days later they recovered and Surge was now a member of there team. They went Wandering around after that. And it took a while fr them to fully trust Surge but things worked out in the end.


Surge's Skills

Speed: Surges moves like lighting. Take your eyes off of him for a second and your done. He is fast but cannot keep it up for too long. He's not Light or Sonic, but he can get the job done.

Abilities: Surge can conduct and control Electricity, mostly from his sword. He can also Travel on Electricity or lighting, he can even convert his molecules into an electrical current allowing him to pass through walls and ride lighting. He can also Make the sound of Thunder at will. You don't want to be near him when does it. Your ears will bleed and you WILL become def.

Sword: His Sword is named Elicia. It is not a normal blade. Surge rarely unsheathes his sword because of what it is, and what it means to him. Elicia is the blade of Thor. Depending on the situation or what Surge decides the blade will either become pure Lighting (Plasma) or a Steel blade. The sword can also think for it's self. When Surge Meditates he speaks with the sword. If anyone other than Surge touches the Sword they will be electrocuted with 10,000 volts. Most times Surge uses the Sheath of the sword the attack like in Kendo. Elicia is also a lighting conductor, and the Sheath is made of titanium steel and absorbs Lighting and stores it. It can be used to shoot out Electricity like a gun or a cannon.

Glasses: His Glasses are custom made and only made for his use. Meaning that only he can really use them to there fullest potential. They have an X-ray visor and Electromagnetic visor like in Megaman Star Force. Yes meaning he can see EM Waves. He uses this to manipulate the waves around him. Either to power himself up to camouflage himself (Temporally) or to message someone telepathically. They're also cool shades that he can customize at anytime. He even carries his own lenses to use and switch out.

Training: He Knows Kendo, Samurai Sword Style, Karate, and White Lotus style. (He tries not to use it though.)

Well that's it. I know that was long. Sorry about that. Just being passionate. Anyways just wanted to give a little History on Surge. Hope you enjoyed the Story and the info on him.
